Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Vacario ("Vacario", "we", "us") is operated by Asim Aliiev, an individual based in Poznań, Poland. You can reach us at asim.aliew1967@gmail.com. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vacario website, workspace, and any related services (the "Service").

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) to create an account.

3. What Vacario is — and isn't

Vacario helps you import your CV, search and track jobs, and use AI-assisted tools to analyze job fit, improve wording, and draft cover letters and interview prep. Vacario's AI features are designed to improve clarity, structure, and ATS-compatibility of content you already provide — they are not designed to invent experience, qualifications, or credentials you do not have, and you remain solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of anything you submit to an employer. Vacario is not a recruiting agency, an employer, or a guarantee of interviews or job offers.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at asim.aliew1967@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

5. Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Some features consume AI credits. Credits are granted on signup, purchased as one-time packs, or included with a paid subscription, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe; Vacario never stores your full card details. Credits are charged only after a requested AI action completes successfully — a failed AI request does not consume a credit. See our Refund Policy for how refunds, cancellations, and unused credits are handled.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to fabricate credentials, qualifications, or work history you do not have.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute Vacario's data or output at scale without our written consent.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service's security.
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or a third-party job board's own terms.

7. Job data from third-party sources

Vacario surfaces job listings gathered from public job boards and, where available, official sources. We do not control the accuracy, availability, or currency of third-party listings and are not responsible for their content. Applying to a job through information sourced via Vacario is subject to that employer's or job board's own terms.

8. Intellectual property

Vacario and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Asim Aliiev and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the CV content, documents, and other material you upload; you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you (including sending relevant excerpts to our AI processing provider as described in the Privacy Policy).

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Vacario does not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or the accuracy of AI-generated suggestions — always review AI output before submitting it. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vacario's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, liability for gross negligence, fraud, or death or personal injury where required by your local consumer protection law).

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us at asim.aliew1967@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of already-consumed credits, except as described in our Refund Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required by law, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.
